PoliceTraining.net has created it's internet Web site with your safety and security as our first priority.   3. Your Account
    If you use the PoliceTraining.net Website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. PoliceTraining.net.and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit Content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

  4. Pricing and Payment Terms.
    1. Pricing. The purchase price for the products and training classes you wish to purchase or sign up for are indicated on the PoliceTraining.net Website or on our "Linked" affiliates. By placing an order to purchase a product or service, you agree to pay the purchase price set forth. In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, an error in pricing information received from our suppliers or our failure to timely update pricing information, PoliceTraining.net shall have the right to cancel any order placed for a product or service listed at an incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, PoliceTraining.net shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged to your credit card.
